How do I get my code?

Getting a gift card is very easy. You select the game, service, or platform you’re looking for, for example, League of Legends, Spotify, or Playstation Store, choose the value of the card you want, select the payment method, and pay! As soon as your payment is approved, you will receive the code directly to the email you registered.

Do I need to create an account to buy?

That's the interesting part. You don’t need to be registered to make a purchase in the store. However, we will ask you to provide certain information when you complete your order. Always ensure you provide a valid email to receive your products correctly. Also, if you want... we invite you to register; we are working on bringing new features that will reward your purchases and actions both on and off the site.

How long does it take for the payment to be approved?

Normally, the process is completed within a few minutes after payment. However, it is subject to the payment method chosen. Some payment methods can take up to 48 hours to be processed; these times are set by local processors and cannot be expedited.

I'm receiving an error message when trying to redeem my code. What can I do?

All cards have different redemption methods depending on the game, service, or platform for which you purchased. First, you should verify that you are trying to redeem the card correctly. If you have any questions about how to redeem it, we can help you. The most common issues with code redemptions are:
  • There is a pre-existing issue with the account for the product, service, or platform you are trying to redeem (e.g., it is suspended or deactivated),
  • There is a typing error. Some numbers and letters look very similar, like L and I or 0 and O.
  • The region you are trying to redeem the code in is not compatible with the region for which the code was created.
  • There is a security issue with your email account; a third party may have accessed it and redeemed that same code before you.

Therefore, it is very important to ensure that the email you have registered in your account or used when completing the purchase process has no errors. However, if you know that the processing period for the payment method you chose has ended and the email you entered was correct, please send us an email with your payment receipt to support@bonoxs.com to verify the payment amount.

Why was the promotion not activated for me?
